Is the Cybertruck legal in Switzerland?
Yes. Tesla does not sell the Cybertruck in Europe, but it becomes 100% legal after import, conversion and individual homologation with the cantonal road traffic office. Every vehicle we deliver is inspected and registered. CYBERBEAST is currently the only company in Switzerland with direct agreements with the cantonal road traffic and navigation offices to homologate the Cybertruck 100% legally.
Can I drive across Europe with a Swiss-registered Cybertruck?
Yes. A vehicle registered and compliant in Switzerland can travel freely across Europe, like any Swiss car on a trip.
How long does the import take?
Typically six weeks to three months from order to key handover, depending on shipping and the cantonal office's lead times.
Which driving licence do I need?
A standard category B licence. Our Cybertrucks are homologated as passenger cars.
How does charging work in Switzerland and Europe?
The vehicle is delivered ready for the European network: CCS charging via adapter, at home and on fast chargers.
What about maintenance and repairs?
An electric vehicle needs little maintenance. Our partner workshop handles servicing, parts and repairs in Switzerland.
